Master in Clinical Pharmacy (MCP) students at GMU participated in classes by experts from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) on evidence-based practice and patient reported outcomes. MCP program at GMU is offered in collaboration with VCU. Various tools in these topics were discussed on how to use them in patient care or research. The classes were as follows;

October 19, 2021: Conducting a Pubmed search – Ms. Rachel Koenig
October 26, 2021: Patient-reported outcomes to improve care – Prof. David Holdford
Vice Chancellor for Quality & Global Engagement and Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Prof. Sherief Khalifa commented: GMU students are learning about evidence-based practice from national and international experts in the field.
